Hello! I'm Teddy, born in Sofia, Bulgaria.
For the past thirty years, I've been helping people with eating disorders: bulimia, anorexia and binge eating disorder, and therefore disturbances in eating behaviour and weight regulation.
As a nutritionist, the advice I provide is focused on information to help my clients enjoy improved health, and should be supported by a proper psychological evaluation, depending on the individual.
